Designation-Process Executive (Voice process)

Fresher’s – UG Graduation is mandatory

Location: Coimbatore

Shifts: US Shifts - Night shifts

Salary: 15000/month

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
• Should be flexible to work in Night shifts (US Shift) and should be flexible to work for 5 days a week
• Rotational work week can be Mon-Fri

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
