We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Principal to lead the institution with vision, integrity, and excellence in educational leadership. Qualification & Experience: Master’s Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc Mathematics) – mandatory Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in school education and administration, preferably in CBSE curriculum Prior experience as Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Coordinator is an advantage Fluency in English is mandatory – both written and verbal communication Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and overall management of the school’s academic and administrative functions Ensure compliance with CBSE norms and guidelines Drive academic excellence through teacher mentoring, curriculum planning, and performance evaluation Build a positive school culture focused on student achievement, discipline, and well-being Oversee admission procedures, parent communication, and community engagement Monitor infrastructure, safety, and resource management Lead regular staff meetings, training programs, and school events Prepare school for inspections, accreditations, and audits Key Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a diverse team of educators and support staff Proficiency in academic planning, monitoring, and evaluation Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Strong administrative and organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
