Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant-Workato

In this role, the candidate is expected to play a key role in helping businesses integrate and automate processes using Workato%27s platform. He/ She&rsquollwill work with various teams (Sales, Product, Engineering, etc.) to understand customer needs, design solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues. They&rsquoll also contribute to platform development and knowledge sharing within the company.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Technical Solutions Expert:Provides technical guidance, troubleshooting, and analysis to both internal teams and customers.

• 
  

  Customer Collaboration: Leads solution design, gathers requirements through client meetings, and collaborates with customers, Business Development, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations.

• 
  

  Workflow Development: Develops and extends Workato connector capabilities using HTTP and SDK, and creates automation workflows (recipes).

• 
  

  Platform Enhancement: Works with Product and Engineering to identify areas for platform improvement based on customer feedback.

• 
  

  Internal Process Improvement: Contributes to knowledge base and internal process enhancements.

• 
  

  Customer Service: Prioritizes and delivers a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  

  Workato Expertise: Hands-on experience with Workato, including workflow development and platform management.

• 
  

  API Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs (RESTful, SOAP), webhooks, and data transformation (JSON/XML).

• 
  

  Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• 
  

  Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• 
  

  Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• 
  

  Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• 
  

  Integration Experience: Familiarity with integration architecture patterns, web services technologies, and enterprise messaging patterns.

• 
  

  Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud technologies, iPaaS, and SaaS applications.

• 
  

  Scripting Skills: Ability to write custom scripts (Ruby/JavaScript) for advanced logic and data processing is a plus.

  Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL and database integration is a plus.
