Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Principal to lead our institution in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring educational leader, capable of managing school operations, staff, curriculum, and community relationships while ensuring a high standard of academic and co-curricular excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to teachers and administrative staff.
• Ensure implementation of the school curriculum in alignment with educational standards.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
• Oversee daily school operations, including academic planning, timetabling, and compliance.
• Evaluate teacher performance and support professional development.
• Maintain strong communication with parents, students, and the community.
• Monitor student performance and guide improvement plans.
• Implement school policies and disciplinary procedures fairly.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines from educational boards.
• Prepare and manage budgets and school resources efficiently.

Key Requirements:

• B.Ed degree (Mandatory); M.Ed or additional leadership certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in an academic leadership role.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Telugu proficiency is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of curriculum development and modern pedagogy.
• Ability to lead a team and foster a growth mindset among staff and students.
