Develop comprehensive grade-wise Math curriculum maps, aligned with national and international standards. Primary Years Curriculum overview, Validation and design the curriculum as per the grade levels. Design interactive digital learning experiences using the CPA (Concrete-Pictorial-Abstract) approach and real-world applications. Create a wide range of content including videos, worksheets, assessments, puzzles, games, and activities that support student understanding. Build diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments with performance rubrics and fluency checks. Research best practices in primary Math instruction, curriculum reforms (e.g., NEP 2020), and innovative EdTech tools to continuously improve content. Collaborate with design and tech teams to ensure content is visually engaging and learner-friendly. Conduct internal reviews and integrate academic feedback to ensure content quality, coherence and grade-appropriateness. Align all deliverables with project timelines and product requirements. Key Skills Requirement: Pedagogical Expertise in IB Primary Math pedagogy and curriculum Experience with visual models, story-based instruction, and inquiry-driven learning.
