You will be responsible for sourcing activities, new supplier identification, and part development activities. Your role will involve price finalization of Power Train components, development of Power Train components, and vendor process/quality stabilization. You will also be required to sign off the parts for mass production and plan for enhancing vendor capacity. Vendor management and stabilization in terms of quality and delivery will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in yearly cost reduction activities, purchase order management, and localization activities. It will be your duty to prepare reports on purchases including supplier & developmental issues, bench marking, price analyses, price reduction proposals, and VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering).,
