Strong knowledge of dairy equipment and utilities (ammonia refrigeration, steam systems, etc.). Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and other food industry compliance standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
