We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated tele callers to handle appointment fixing for site visits. As a tele caller, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, offering them detailed information about our real estate projects and coordinating site visit schedules. Your responsibilities will include making calls to potential clients to educate them about our real estate projects, booking appointments for site visits, delivering exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns, maintaining and updating client databases with precise information, and working closely with the sales team to meet targets. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring at least 1 year of experience in the real estate sector. The work location will be in person.
