Power Platform Developer (Immediate joiner)

Job Description

Overall, Purpose of the job We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer with 5-6 years of expertise in building custom business applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize solutions that enhance business processes and drive automation across various enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) to streamline business operations. Design and implement automated workflows using Power Automate, integrating with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external data sources. Build and maintain Power Pages portals to provide secure, external-facing web solutions for customers, partners, or employees. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions. Optimize Dataverse, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 data sources for efficient application performance. Implement best practices for Power Platform security, governance, and performance optimization. Troubleshoot and resolve Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages issues. Provide technical support to end-users and IT teams. Qualifications & Skills: 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages Portal). Expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, and Dataverse. Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) for business process automation. Experience with Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) for building secure, external-facing web applications. Experience integrating Power Apps with SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, and REST APIs. Ability to troubleshoot performance issues and optimize Power Apps and workflows. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team. Willing to contribute to the migration of SharePoint 2013 solutions to SharePoint Online and Power Platform. Preferred Skills: Experience with SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online migrations using industry-standard tools, or a willingness to learn. Hands-on experience with Sharegate or PowerShell scripting for SharePoint migrations, or a willingness to learn.
