Power BI with SQL & Databricks - Lead

The role of a member in the RSD EU Data team at UST involves being part of a team of Data Engineers and Report Developers. As a team member, your responsibilities will include delivering data pipelines on EDP, developing PowerBI reports, gathering and analyzing business requirements, transitioning the legacy warehouse setup to EDP, and providing production support for CCG data initiatives in the EU. To excel in this role, you should possess strong SQL skills and a Data mindset, along with prior experience in major DW implementations. The project will require you to write complex SQL queries and learn a SQL-heavy framework. Effective communication skills are essential for this role to clearly explain technical details. In this dynamic project environment, you will be expected to wear multiple hats, taking on roles such as Data Engineer, Business Analyst, and Data Analyst as per the project's requirements. It is crucial to be open to learning new technologies and have the ability to grasp the bigger picture while focusing on your assigned tasks. Extensive experience in data and semantic modeling, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are key requirements for this position.
