We are hiring Business Intelligence Analyst for a US based IT company based in Hyderabad. candidates with minimum 3 years experience in Power BI, Tableau and Alteryx can apply Job Title : Business Intelligence Analyst- L2 Location : Hyderabad Working shift : Day shift CTC : 16 LPA - 18 LPA Experience : Minimum 3 Years we are looking for an experienced and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Level 2 to support data-driven decision-making across key business areas. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with WebFocus , along with proficiency in other BI tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI , and SQL . Prior experience in the financial services sector is highly desirable. This role involves gathering business requirements, developing reports and dashboards, and enabling stakeholders to access and interpret critical metrics that inform strategic and operational decisions. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and enhance WebFocus reports and dashboards for multiple business units. Contribute to BI initiatives by performing data extraction, transformation, and visualization using Tableau, Power BI , and Alteryx. Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and convert them into effective BI solutions. Develop and optimize SQL queries to access and manipulate data from relational databases. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data in alignment with enterprise reporting standards. Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making. Maintain documentation of processes, data definitions, and report logic for governance and reference. Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and support iterative BI development cycles. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in a BI Analyst or equivalent role Strong proficiency with WebFocus , including report creation, dashboarding, and InfoAssist Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating data Experience using Tableau, Alteryx , and/or Power BI for data visualization and workflow automation Familiarity with data modeling, data governance , and report validation Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry Understanding of enterprise data platforms and data warehousing concepts Basic knowledge of ETL processes and performance optimization techniques Exposure to cloud BI environments such as AWS or Azure For further assistance contact/whatsapp: 9354909521 9354909517 or write to priyanshi@gist.org.in hema@gist.org.in
