Key Responsibilities: 1) POS System Support & Maintenance Provide L1/L2 support for POS issues including billing errors, connectivity, sync issues, and printing. Troubleshoot POS application, hardware, and integration issues with ERP, payment gateway, loyalty systems, etc. Coordinate with vendors (like Wondersoft, ClearTax, Eshipz etc.) for resolution of escalated issues. 2) Issue Management Monitor and manage tickets through POS vendor support systems. Ensure SLAs are met for incident response and resolution. 3) User Training & Communication Train store users on new POS features, updates, and best practices. Prepare SOPs, manuals, and knowledge base articles. 4) Enhancements & Rollouts Assist in testing and rolling out new POS versions, modules, and hardware across stores. Coordinate UAT with business users. 5) Compliance & Audit Readiness Ensure POS configurations meet audit, compliance, and tax r requirements (e.g., GST, digital signature, serial number tracking). Support monthly and surprise audits with data or report extracts. 6) Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with store operations, finance, audit, and ERP teams to align POS support with business requirements. Desired profile: 2+ years of hands-on experience in POS system support Good communication skills and strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Strong understanding of POS applications, hardware, and peripheral devices Hands-on experience with troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems Familiarity with integration points: ERP, payment gateways, loyalty systems
