Your primary focus will be on Client Relationship Management, where you will establish and nurture trust with key personnel within the company. By conducting thorough assessments, you will identify the specific insurance needs and provide tailored solutions within the allocated budget. Acting as the main point of contact between clients and insurance providers, you will address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and keep clients informed about policy changes and industry trends. In addition to client management, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies. By maintaining accurate records and staying updated on industry developments, you will play a crucial role in advocating for fair and timely settlements during the claims process.
