Role: Deputy Manager - Operatio Accident & Health (Policy Processor) Job location: Goregaon East Position Overview: Position Overview: The Policy Processor is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and processing insurance policies while ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal standards, and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiency, Control & TAT Adherence Meet processing turnaround time (TAT) for all transactions, including partner reverse feeds. Publish MIS reports as scheduled. Participate in process/system development (with minimum 110% productivity). 2. Unallocated & Outlier Management Weekly reporting of unallocated cases (>60 days). Ensure zero outlier cases beyond 30 days. Conduct reconciliation activities regularly. Resolve negative endorsements within 7 days. 3. Productivity & Operational Tasks EDI/XML processing and failure management (GC sync data). Handle requests via the ticketing tool. Auto bind operations and certificate reissuance/cancellations within T+1. Weekly receivables tracking and reporting. ID management for Travel (until transition to V2). Salesforce case closure within T+1 day (100% compliance). CPI issuance and MIS preparation. 4. Audit & Quality Assurance Zero errors in cancel/rebook cases due to COPS mistakes. Zero user errors causing Refund ReWIP. No audit issues (internal or external) due to user errors. Maximum 1 failed QC case per quarter for BTA master policies. 5. Additional Tasks 100% BRD review and UAT participation for all requests.
