Job Objective

To supports the business by ensuring that all the projects are running on the

track as planned.

Ensure to deliver the projects on time and highlight the hurdles at the earliest

to get them sorted on time .

The support and control the project and their team with delivery, technical

support to Product customization, problem solving as per customer demand.

Primary responsibilities

1

Tool training to project team.

Preparing MIS report in a standard format/ tool.

If data from different projects is in various formats, standardize them to ensure

consistency.

This may involve converting data into a common format, such as Excel

spreadsheets or a database.

Implementation across the project.

2. Centralized project:-

Single repository of all important documents (external/ internal) related to a

project during its entire life cycle.

All projects require sequential execution and monitoring.

3. Risk & Issue management framework:-

Risk Management template should filled with project team

Ensuring data should be updated in standard MIS report

It is necessary to include a common risk identification for all projects in the

MIS report.

Identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan to mitigate and

respond to them. This plan should include risk assessment, risk mitigation

strategies, and a risk escalation process.

4. Process implementation

Monitoring and Control: Continuously monitor the progress of the processes and

implement control mechanisms to keep the project on track.

Documentation: Record any deviations from the plan, issues that arise, and

changes made during implementation.

Review and Reflect: After the project or phase is completed, gather the project

team and stakeholders to review the entire project life cycle.

Document Lessons: Document the lessons learned in a structured manner.

Include both positive and negative experiences, as they can provide valuable

insights for future projects.

Analyze user/ audit feedback to enhance processes.

Feedback Loops: Establish feedback loops to ensure that lessons learned are

consistently integrated into project management practices.

5. Performance Metrics & MIS:-

Data analysis and presentation skill.

Determine the projects and data sources that will provide the necessary

information for the report. Ensure that data is available, accessible, and

reliable.

Data presentation in dashboard/ user friendly view

Creating a Management Information System (MIS) report by collecting data

from different projects involves several steps to ensure that the report is

accurate, relevant, and useful for decision-making

D. Key Skills

Good understanding and knowledge of Project management.

Good management skills,

Strong communication and presentation skills- verbal and written.

Knowledge of project management tools and advanced Excel.

Strong leadership skills

Knowledge of MS project.
