Job Description

As an Associate in the Cyber, Data, Risk & Resilience division at Morgan Stanley, located in Mumbai or Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CDRR COO office. You will be an integral part of the Strategy, Executive Reporting, and Communications team, working on global priorities, divisional communications, and special projects to ensure efficient operational practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include executing CDRR's divisional communications strategy by creating content, drafting organizational announcements, coordinating major communication campaigns, and assisting in the governance of external engagement requests. You will also support the creation of executive presentations for senior management, Risk Committees, and the Board of Directors, as well as provide operational support to the Program Management Office for generating strategic program reports. The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 7 years of experience as a content/technical writer with a background in communications, media, or journalism. Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with global teams and stakeholders. You should possess exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Being adaptable to changing business priorities and regulatory requirements is key, as well as having a strong working knowledge of MS Office tools such as PowerPoint, One Note, and Teams. A background in Technology, Risk/Regulatory, or Strategy would be advantageous.
