PM Consultant (Plant Maintenance)

Job Description

We're looking for a highly experienced and skilled SAP PM Consultant with strong Plant Maintenance (PM) expertise and complementary Production Planning (PP) skills. This role is crucial for our upcoming projects, requiring someone with a solid background in S/4HANA implementations and the ability to bridge PM and PP functionalities effectively. Key Responsibilities Bring 8 to 10 years of combined experience in SAP PM and SAP PP . Leverage expertise from 2-3 end-to-end S/4HANA implementations . Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on skills in SAP PP , covering: Planning and Demand Management . Variant Configuration . Master Data related to Production Planning. Shop Floor Control activities . Integration with other SAP modules. Exhibit knowledge and hands-on skills in handling various manufacturing archetypes: Make-to-Order (MTO), Make-to-Stock (MTS), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Assemble-to-Order (ATO) , and Service scenarios . Possess a deep understanding of PM functionalities such as: Maintenance processes. Maintenance Notifications. Measuring Points. And other related aspects. Show a good understanding of PP technical and business scenarios, functionalities, and business processes . Be proficient in arranging the entire organizational master data, including PM Supplies, Arrangement, Access Code, Bill of Material (BOM), Repair Job Sheet, Evaluation Point, Counters, PM Task Centers, and Maintenance Plan . Design RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) objects and present them to the business for final approval through Show & Tell sessions. Perform final solution validation (System Integration Testing - SIT ) before submitting to the requester for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Be aware of Agile/Hybrid methodologies . Required Skills & Experience Total Years of Experience: 12+ years. Relevant Years of Experience: 6+ years specifically in SAP PM and PP. Mandatory Skills:SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) . SAP Production Planning (PP) . Experience with S/4HANA Implementation . Expertise in PM and PP functionalities (e.g., Maintenance process, Notifications, Measuring points, MTO, ETO, CTO, MTS). Desired/Secondary Skills: Hands-on experience with MTO, MTS, ETO, CTO, ATO, Service scenarios . Communication: Fluent in English with good interpersonal skills. Additional Information Domain: SAP Max Vendor Rate: 13000 INR/Day (Based on the quality of profiles). Background Check: Post onboarding. Shift Work: No specific shift work outside of standard daylight hours. Number of Openings: 1 Assignment Duration: 6 Months
