Role & responsibilities - Deploy, configure, and maintain the Devo, Swimlane, and Sentinel platforms. - Provide tier 2 support for platform-related incidents, troubleshooting complex issues, and identifying root causes. - Develop and implement automation scripts for routine tasks and workflows. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate platform solutions into existing infrastructure. - Lead platform upgrades, patch management, and capacity planning initiatives. - Mentor associate engineers and provide technical guidance and support. - Monitor platform performance, conduct performance tuning, and implement optimization strategies. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 3-5 years of experience in IT operations or platform engineering roles. - Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and IT infrastructure components. - Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Lead - Salesforce Architect Key Responsibilities Design and lead the delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Health Cloud . Apply best practices to leverage Salesforce out-of-the-box features effectively and minimize custom development. Lead technical solutioning using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and declarative tools. Architect integrations between Salesforce and external systems using MuleSoft , REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms. Define and implement CI/CD deployment strategies using tools like Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, or Gearset. Translate complex business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions. Conduct code and architecture reviews to ensure compliance with best practices, performance, and security standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to guide platform strategy and roadmaps. Required Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, with at least 3 years in an architect role. Expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds including Health Cloud (preferred but optional) , Sales Cloud , and Service Cloud . Strong development experience with Apex , LWC , and the Salesforce metadata model. Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, sharing model, automation tools, and platform limits. Proven experience with MuleSoft for API-led integration design and enterprise service orchestration. Strong grasp of CI/CD , DevOps, and sandbox management practices in Salesforce environments. Ability to lead architectural discussions and translate business goals into robust technical designs. Adhere to pharmaceutical industry best practices, including the privacy of Protected Health Information (PHI). Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum of 5 to 7yrs of experience in Salesforce platform development on Health Cloud Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is required. Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies. Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using web technologies such as HTML, CSS. Proven track record of customer-facing roles and supporting call center operations. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and patient services. Ability to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions on time. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
