Job Description: Placement Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Placements Coordinator. who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the placements programs, ensuring that all placement activities run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

1. Scheduling interviews

2. Liaising with companies and Students

3. Maintaining Placement records

4. Assisting in the development of Training and Placement materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule Placement sessions and classes.

2. Maintain and update placement records and documentation.

3. Liaise with trainers, Students and Administrative staff to ensure seamless placements operations.

4. Monitor and evaluate training and placements program effectiveness and suggest improvements.

5. Handle inquiries and provide support to students and trainers as needed.

6. Ensure compliance with institutional standards and guidelines.

7.Identify, shortlist, and connect with MNCs, start-up's, and top organizations to source job opportunities specific to courses

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree in HR, or a related field.

2. 1+ year of experience in placements or corporate relations( mandatory)

3.Prior experience in academia or technical training institutes is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Performance bonus
