Location Kolkata/Patna. Grade-Dy. Manager/Manager, JD: - To manage 25-30 branches for credit card sourcing. Recruit, train & drive 15-20 DST in respective clusters. Regular branch visit, branch training & branch engagement. Drive productivity of branch & DSTs. Premium cards sales with fee. Maintain FTR/FTNR & application quality. Co-ordination with credit, ops, product team for business needs. Eligibility: - Candidate having MBA/PGDM with at least 4 years of credit cards sales experience. Having managed credit cards sales through branches earlier is an added advantage. On roll employee in present organization. Own conveyance must. One month notice period candidates are preferred,
