To be responsible for taking actions on process cost deviations to act to reduce the process cost. To Achieve Target Production with quality as per customer specifications with defined SOPs. To interact with QA & QC for non-conformance in Annealed & Pickled product. To coordinate with PPC and Plant head for new product development and document the production process / guidelines of the same To review with PPC for daily/weekly/monthly Production & Dispatch plan, achive complaince for the same. To be responsible for implementing new standards and practices at the unit level for more effective planning and production. To be responsible for taking actions on EHS related activities and Legal compliances. Process improvement & quality management (TPM, ISO, 5s, Housekeeping) of Ann/Pick. & Dispatch.

General Manager (Pickling Plant-Project) Department: WRM Location: Palghar Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years Qualification: B.E / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Project - Wire rod Tunnel Pickling plant, Shot blasting Machines. (Stainless Steel Acid Tunnel Pickling plant wire rod shot blasting machines) Define project scope, timelines, and milestones for Wire Rod Pickling Plant and related utilities. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans. Track project progress and ensure adherence to the master schedule. Review and approve engineering drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and layout plans. Coordinate with design consultants, OEMs, and internal engineering teams. Ensure technical specifications meet process requirements and industry standards. Identify and finalize suppliers for pickling tanks, shot blasting systems, acid handling units, and auxiliary equipment. Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely supply and installation of equipment. Negotiate contracts and resolve vendor-related issues proactively. Oversee site activities including civil, mechanical, and electrical work. Ensure timely and safe erection of equipment and structures. Lead the commissioning team and ensure system readiness for handover to operations. Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC protocols and compliance with ISO, OSHA, and environmental standards. Implement safety management systems and enforce use of PPE and safe work practices. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures. Serve as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Report progress to senior management and participate in steering committee reviews. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and supervisors.

Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Picker Packer to join our warehouse and fulfillment team. This person will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing coffee and bakehouse products for delivery, ensuring each order reflects Subkos high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick and pack coffee beans, merchandise, and baked goods as per daily online and retail orders Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and presentation for each item Perform quality checks on items before packing Prepare orders for dispatch via in-house logistics or delivery partners (e.g., Dunzo, Porter, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging station and stock areas Assist in inventory checks and restocking activities Coordinate with warehouse and retail teams for priority orders and special requirements Follow health and safety standards while handling food items and packaging materials Required Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or packing preferred (12 years) Basic understanding of order processing and packaging standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail Team player with good communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in pickling operation or related field (e.g., annealing). Strong understanding of degreasing processes and techniques. Familiarity with coating application methods and washing procedures.

Role & responsibilities Attend Mechanical breakdowns of 4 HI, 6 HI cold rolling mill, Pickling line, TADL line, Furnaces etc. Find out root cause of breakdown. To ensure proper action is taken on detected and potential non-conformities (CA & PA) Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on cold rolling mills, pickling lines, and TADL equipment, Furnaces. Conduct daily inspections to identify potential failures and take proactive measures to prevent downtime. Coordinate with production and electrical teams to ensure smooth operation and quick resolution of issues. Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical systems like gearboxes, pumps, bearings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and conveyor systems. Supervise and support installation and commissioning of new machinery or modifications. Ensure proper use of maintenance tools and adherence to safety protocols during maintenance work. Ensure Resource Availability (Consumables, Crane ,Man power etc) & Manage spare parts inventory for critical equipment and liaise with vendors for procurement. Create and maintain maintenance records , machine history, and failure analysis reports. Ensure training is planned & conducted IMS activity to be performed on daily basis. Monitor contractor performed job within organization rule. Arresting the Air, steam & oil leakage. Fulfilment of "Part of FORM 3" against hazardous waste generated in department. Preferred candidate profile Preferred candidate from Steel industry having experience on 4HI, 6HI cold rolling mill maintenance
