Job Title: Picker Packer. Location: [All over PUNE City] Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time] Shift: [Day/Night/Rotating Shifts] 06:00 am to 03:00 pm. AND 03:00 pm to 12 am. Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and efficient Picker Packer to join our warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely shipment of goods. You will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall flow of warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Pick products from shelves using pick lists or handheld scanners. Pack items securely and neatly into appropriate packaging. Label packages accurately with shipping and tracking information. Ensure orders are packed correctly and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment. Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols. Report any damaged or missing items to supervisors. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to [X] lbs and stand for extended periods. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety guidelines.
