Job Description

WHO ARE NOT FLUENT IN ENGLISH PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualised physiotherapy programs for dialysis patients to improve their mobility, strength, endurance, and overall quality of life. The role requires collaboration with nephrologists, nurses, dietitian, and other care providers. Key Roles & Responsibilities Evaluate the physical condition and functional abilities of patients. Develop and implement personalised exercise programs to improve or maintain mobility, muscle strength, and cardiovascular health. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Patient Education & Safety Instruct patients on proper posture, body mechanics, and safe exercise routines. Prevent complications such as muscle wasting, reconditioning, and falls. Advise on assistive devices and modifications for improved daily function. Administrative & Compliance Maintain accurate documentation as per clinical and regulatory standards. Ensure all therapy practices comply with health and safety regulations. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
