In-depth knowledge and experience in semiconductor process technology , especially in g as phase and surface reaction kinetics related to wet and dry deposition (e.g. CVD, PVD, ALD ) processes and wet and dry (e.g. RIE) etch processes. Hands-on experience with academic or commercial plasma simulation tools and s emiconductor reaction simulation and/or emulation tools (such as those based on Particle in Cell methods ) and chemical reaction databases /tools (such as CHEMKIN ).
