Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh for a Pharmaceutical Engineering Head-Maintenance Dept. The individual will be responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance, managing repairs, and ensuring optimal performance of all equipment. Daily tasks include implementing maintenance strategies, coordinating with the operations team, and managing the maintenance staff to ensure smooth and efficient running of the facility.
