Pet Relationship Manager

As a Pet Relationship Manager (Customer Experience) at our company, you will be the primary point of contact for our key customers, providing exceptional service through inbound calls, outbound calls, and chat interactions. Your role will involve proactive relationship management, in-depth knowledge of pet care products/services, and resolving customer queries to drive satisfaction and loyalty. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, manage live chat conversations, and address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their individual needs, and providing tailored recommendations for pet care products/services will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, staying updated on our pet care products and services, communicating product features and benefits effectively to customers, and serving as a trusted advisor to enhance customer satisfaction are key responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline, at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing key account management role, strong communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and patience in dealing with customers, proficiency in CRM tools and live chat platforms, and a goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and targets. Preferred traits include a passion for pets and pet care, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a problem-solving attitude, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, permanent position with day and rotational shifts. Fluency in Hindi and English is required, and the work location is in Bangalore, Karnataka.
