Perfume Consultant - Floating

You will be joining our retail team as a Perfume Consultant and your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting the perfect fragrance. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, offering personalized fragrance consultations, and recommending suitable perfumes based on customer preferences. You will also be required to demonstrate and explain the features of various perfumes and ingredients, ensuring that customers have a memorable shopping experience. Having a comprehensive understanding of perfume notes, types, and current trends will be crucial in this role. Meeting and exceeding daily and monthly sales targets will be a key performance indicator. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive product display at the fragrance counter, handling billing, assisting with point-of-sale transactions, and ensuring that inventory is well-managed. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass, with a degree in retail, beauty, or hospitality being preferred. Prior experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail would be advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for perfumes and customer service. A pleasant personality, professional grooming, and the willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, are also required. Basic computer and billing system knowledge will be beneficial for this role.
