Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal SQA Engineer to join the SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in validating core networking and security features within the SD-WAN team. Responsibilities include devising methodologies, executing test plans, collaborating with various teams, influencing product development, and automating test cases using Python. Qualifications for this role include 12+ years of relevant experience, expertise in testing SD-WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls, knowledge of platform software and testing methodologies, proficiency in Linux-based operating systems, troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with Python. The ideal candidate will also have experience with enterprise routing protocols, networking features, and performance/scale characterization of networking products. The engineering team at Palo Alto Networks is focused on SD-WAN products and is dedicated to providing world-class SASE solutions.
