About The Role Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans. Gather and analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) from stakeholders. Develop performance test scripts using tools likeLoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, SilkPerformer, or RPT. Conduct end-to-end performance testing including load, stress, soak, and spike testing. Monitor system performance usingAPM toolssuch asDynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic. Analyze test results and provide recommendations for performance improvements. Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines. Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
