Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor paid campaigns on

  Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and others

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media)

• Conduct keyword research

  and audience targeting. This includes doing detailed keyword analysis to better category bid rates for campaigns.
• Track and report daily campaign performance:

  CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Walk-ins among others

• Take lead and collaborate with creative team for creatives assets that need to be created for performance campaigns across platforms

• Help compile monthly reports

  with key insights and improvements
• Run

  A/B testing

  for creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies
• Monitor ad spends and flag over/under-utilization
• Stay up to date with

  platform updates, trends, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience. Experience specific to retail categories where performance marketing is integral to the sales effort of the brand would be valuable for us
• Strong understanding of

  paid marketing concepts

  : CPC, impressions, conversions, funnels
• Familiar with platforms:

  Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, WhatsApp, LinkedIn Ads and others

• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)

  ,

  Google Tag Manager

• Exposure to SEO tools

  like SEMrush or similar
• Knowledge of

  email marketing

  and

  WhatsApp marketing

• Understanding of landing page UX and optimization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team
