Tasks

Objectives of this Role:- Understanding of Domain, Create a scenariors to measure the perform performance of application using tools

- Perform Manual Testing for new Releases, work along with development team and business team to deliver requirements with good quality- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work aligns with product strategy

- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft vision and concept development of a performance testing- Work with internal and external employees to analyse needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals- Keep up with agile/scrum best practices and trends

Qualifications

- Key Skills Requirement:-

Solid 3+ years experience in Performance & Load Testing process -> Primary Skill- Solid 5+ years experience in Testing process -> Primary Skill- 1+ year Experience in Automation -> Secondary Skill- Hands on experience on Jira and Confluence (X-ray knowledge preferred).

- Solid experience in SDLC, STLC and Defect life cycle.- Ownership of the assigned task and timely completion.- Quick learner, Passion to work- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills- Able to effectively manage conflicting stakeholder needs
