Job Description At Proffer , we empower businesses to expand globally through our full-stack cross-border e-commerce solutions. From product consultation and listing to inventory transfer and payment remittance, we simplify international selling for modern brands. We're now hiring a Senior E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize marketplace operations, with a focus on Amazon and other global platforms. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue, enhancing brand visibility, and shaping our digital commerce strategy. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, reporting directly to the Head of Global Marketplace Operations . What'll You Do Marketplace Strategy & Execution Own and implement Proffer.in’s Amazon marketplace strategy to drive international revenue growth. Optimize product visibility, conversion rates, and ad performance across global Amazon marketplaces. Lead listing strategy, storefront enhancements, and A+ content creation in alignment with brand and compliance standards. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, logistics, and finance) to deliver unified execution. Performance Analytics & Growth Analyze data from Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces to drive decision-making. Monitor KPIs like traffic, ROAS, reviews, conversion, and profitability. Recommend actions based on insights to improve visibility, inventory velocity, and campaign outcomes. Inventory & Fulfillment Coordination Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely inventory transfer to global fulfillment centers. Resolve FBA/FMF fulfillment issues, optimize stock levels, and prevent outages or overstocking. Campaigns & Promotions Plan and execute seasonal and brand-specific promotions across marketplaces. Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align digital campaigns with marketplace initiatives. Compliance & Brand Integrity Monitor listings for compliance with marketplace guidelines and Proffer.in standards. Track unauthorized sellers and protect brand presence across regions. Ensure excellent customer feedback and review health. Pre-requisites 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, with strong Amazon marketplace expertise (Seller Central or Vendor Central). Experience managing product listings, advertising (PPC, DSP), and marketplace operations. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects. Familiarity with global trade, logistics, or cross-border commerce is a big plus. Position Overview: The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the end-to-end production process of our garments. This includes liaising with jobworkers / contract manufacturers, ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining production schedules, and managing inventory levels for fabric and trims. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain detailed records of production metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management on timelines and weekly despatch schedule. Reconciliation of goods received against fabric sent for jobwork identification of shortfall and reasons for the same allocation of major deviations to respective vendors and providing details to accounts team for relevant vendor payment reconciliation highlighting major deviations and reasons for the same to the management Analyze production data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a production sourcing role within the knitted apparel industry.
