Role & responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling in the U.S. market for steel detailing services. and PEB Sales Generate Leads, compile and update customer database, exploring American market for Structural Steel Detailing Services. Set up meetings with potential clients and explore business synergies. Negotiate and close deals and handle customer grievances. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment. Ensure customer communication through brochures, email campaigns, presentation showcasing capabilities. Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of total experience in business development in B2B domain with at least 2 years of relevant experience in business development of steel detailing industry and PEB industry for the US market. Candidates will be required to work in the US shift (5 PM to 2 AM) Familiarity with Tekla, AutoCAD, or other detailing tools (for technical understanding). Existing client network in the U.S. steel fabrication or construction industry./ PEB industry Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for communicating with international clients. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track records in sales. Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
