Responsibilities: * Maintain machines: press, electrical panel & EOT cranes 15 ton 5 ton, cnc plasma ect Perform preventative maintenance on equipment Follow safety protocols at all times Collaborate with production team for machine optimization Over time allowance

Roles and Responsibilities Manage sales activities for pre-engineered buildings (PEB) products, including structural fabrications and industrial construction projects. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide solutions through PEB sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects from conceptualization to execution. Conduct site visits to assess client requirements, provide technical support, and resolve any issues that may arise during project implementation. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in PEB Sales or related field such as steel structures, industrial construction, or steel fabrication. Strong understanding of pre-engineered building design principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines under pressure.
