Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field; Master's degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in SMT manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or defense sectors. In-depth understanding of SMT equipment (pick & place, reflow ovens, AOI, SPI, etc.). Hands-on experience with high-mix, low-volume PCB assembly. Familiarity with standards such as AS9100, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Knowledge of ERP/MES systems. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on aerospace-grade electronics (e.g., avionics, satellite systems). Certification in IPC standards or Six Sigma methodologies.
