Patient Relation Officer

Are you passionate about helping people navigate their healthcare journey with compassion and clarity? We are seeking a Patient Relation Officer to be the bridge between our patients and our medical team, ensuring a positive and supportive experience throughout their fertility treatment journey at Craft Hospital Kochi Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide patients through their appointments, procedures, and follow-ups.
• Provide clear and empathetic communication about hospital services, procedures, and timelines.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Address patient queries, feedback, and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of patient care and service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Prior experience 2 years in patient relations or customer service, preferably in a hospital.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus).
• Compassionate, patient, and calm demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management systems is an advantage.
