Role & responsibilities - Experience in working for developed (US/Europe/UK) as well as emerging markets in Pharma Company Excellent understanding of preparing Patentability reports, Patent landscape reports, IP clearance reports, and Patent Validity or Invalidity search reports Experience in preparing infringement analysis report • Excellent technical knowledge about various dosage forms (orals, and topical) which will help R&D in developing formulations which is aligned with IP strategy Experience in managing ANDA litigation, 505(b)(2), drafting defenses, Notice Letter, Paragraph IV certifications and Section viii carve-outs Excellent understanding of patent search databases Providing the support for formulation development and regulatory submission Experience in providing support to the business development team with necessary IP due diligences for FTF opportunity and product selection Experience in Patent application drafting, and filing in India, and prosecuting in different jurisdiction Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent team member Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint application Preferred candidate profile Candidate should have experience in Pharma (formulations)
