Responsibilities and Duties Strong and hands on knowledge in bakery and patisserie production. Prepare a wide variety of cakes , desserts, and baked goods. good hand on all types of cake decoration. To be forefront in the industry updates and skills Staff recruitment and management New product development and implementation Menu planning, costing and implementation of new products. Ensure the right quality and weight of the ingredients and products. Commanding knowledge of all the equipment and accessories. Manage inventory and controlled cost Manage schedules of production Food tasting and sales briefing to service team. Knowledge about special request products like sugar free, gluten free, vegan etc. Maintaining Good Hygiene standards and practices
