Job Description We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Parent Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team at VIBGYOR Group of Schools. The role involves managing parent interactions, supporting admissions, and enhancing parent experience. Key Responsibilities Parent Relationship Management Welcome and guide parents at the front office Handle parent queries via walk-ins, calls, emails, and website Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-up Resolve concerns and escalate as needed for parent satisfaction Explain school systems, offerings, and post-school activities Sales & Marketing Manage and convert leads from various channels Support outreach activities society/mall events, tie-ups, etc. Conduct engaging school tours and represent the VIBGYOR brand Help achieve monthly/annual admission targets Administration Maintain MIS and Lead Management entries Assist in audit preparation and daily planning Ensure upkeep of the discovery room and marketing materials Candidate Profile Experience: at least 1.5+ years in front office, customer service, sales, or education industry Key Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills CRM handling & admissions process knowledge Confident, presentable, and organized Why Join VIBGYOR?
