Paint shop production supervisor

As a Paint Shop Production Supervisor at Kche7, a leading Stainless Steel Modular Kitchen Company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily production planning, material management, manpower management, process optimization & improvement, and quality assurance at our site in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. You will work full-time on-site, ensuring coordination with team members to maintain a safe working environment and uphold the quality standards of our end products. This position is open to both female and male candidates who meet the following requirements. To qualify for this role, you should hold a minimum Diploma in any stream with at least 2 years of experience in a related field. Your management skills will be essential in supervising team members, handling daily operations, managing costs, and optimizing processes. Experience in production scheduling, planning, and proficient communication skills are also necessary for successful coordination within the team.
