Packet Core Engineer

You should have 5 to 8 years of experience in Cisco Mobility technologies, including Gateways PGW SGW MGW SAEGW, Mobility Core Network Architecture, 4G/5G call flows and protocols like GTP and Diameter. You should also possess knowledge of Cloud Native Mobility Infrastructure Virtualization, Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments for mobility solutions. Experience or understanding of NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) and CNFs (CloudNative Functions) for service provider networks is essential. You should be familiar with deploying Cisco Mobility solutions on private/public cloud environments and have basic scripting or automation skills using tools like Ansible and Python for managing cloud-based mobility workloads. Your responsibilities will include deployment, integration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Mobility solutions, as well as creating and delivering customer collateral portals, documentation, and knowledge transfer. You will align technical deliverables to customer business outcomes, drive customer technology transitions, and comply with company policies and processes. In this role, you will work with customers and internal/external resources on the deployment and optimization of Cisco services and solutions. You will assist with task/project implementation for customer engagements, create and review project deliverables, and leverage test environments to solve medium complex problems and compatibility issues. Your role will also involve configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Cisco products and solutions using software skills and tools. As the initial focal point for problem resolution in customer engagements, you will provide support for the resolution of customer problems across a range of technologies.,
