Infrastructure & Network Management Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of server and network infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Oversee configuration, upgrades, patching, and issue resolution in line with business SLAs. Backup & Disaster Recovery Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies to ensure data protection and business continuity. Regularly test and optimize DR plans across environments. Storage Systems Manage enterprise-grade storage infrastructure to support scalability and performance. Evaluate and implement storage solutions as per evolving business needs. Cloud Platform Management (AWS) Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure with a primary focus on AWS. Implement cost management, security, and auto-scaling practices for cloud workloads. Office 365 & Google Workspace Administration Oversee the day-to-day administration of Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) and Google Workspace. Ensure seamless user experience, integrations, and support across platforms. Technical Support & Team Leadership Lead a high-performing IT support team, driving SLA adherence and user satisfaction. Implement and enhance support systems, ticketing workflows, and knowledge bases. Security & Compliance Work closely with the Information Security team to enforce security best practices across all systems. Ensure IT operations align with industry regulations, internal policies, and audit standards. Stakeholder & Vendor Management Collaborate with business units to identify IT needs and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service contracts. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters preferred). 1015 years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles. Hands-on experience with server/network/storage architecture, backup solutions, and cloud platforms (AWS). Strong expertise in Office 365 and Google Workspace administration. Proven ability to lead technical support teams and deliver excellent user experience. Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor negotiation skills. This is our project based manufacturing facility where we produce multiple products like auxiliary modules, air ventilation units for Power Plants across the globe and water jet, Diesel Generator sets for Marine market. Role and responsibilities: As a Senior Expert (Engineering), your daily duties include but are not limited to: Proactively and independently perform design, development and technical information engineering work mainly in order to develop existing products and/or solutions. Make and check drawings and documents according to guidelines, plans and time schedules. Ensure that drawing and documents are following general international standards and Wrtsil guidelines and standards and that the documented information. is correct in terms of content, quality and functionality. Develop existing products, solutions and/or related technical information together with relevant stakeholders. May coordinate design and technical information work internally and externally.
