Additionally, you will track marketing and sales performance, analyze social media insights and sales data, and recommend improvements based on performance metrics and customer feedback. To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in marketing, sales, or social media management, with a degree or diploma in marketing and sales being required. You should be confident on camera, with the ability to create engaging TikTok reels, voiceovers, and other content. Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics is essential, along with excellent communication and customer service skills. Being creative, proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented will be key traits for this position. In addition, you should be able to multitask, manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have familiarity with content creation tools. Experience coordinating logistics or deliveries is a plus.
