Role & responsibilities Share your profile at careers@unipaper.in Basics: Develop new leads and Update in SAP. Preparing Sales Quotations in SAP Arrange samples as per customers requirements. Negotiate on delivery with customers in coordination with the Reporting Senior. Communicate Order Updates to the customer in coordination with the back-office team. Coordinate with production team for setting priority against order. Maintain and develop relationship with customers.. Analyzing Loss sales data and taking corrective measures in planning inventory Miscellaneous: Assist other Sales team members, whenever required. Prepare MIS Reports for monthly sales Performance Review. Update All Enquiries in SAP CRM Module. Preferred candidate profile Graduate with 1 - 3 years of sales support or inside sales experience. (preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment) Proficient in SAP and CRM tools. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-oriented, with experience in preparing quotations, handling customer communication, and supporting sales operations. Team player with basic data analysis and reporting skills.

Role & responsibilities 1. Own and deliver the assigned area sales targets for the year, both in revenue and collections, through a mix of: a) Recurring business from existing customers. b) New business from existing customers (add-ons, cross-sells, upsells) c) New business from new customers 2. Gain a strong understanding of the company's product portfolio. 3. Be responsible for sales in the assigned region. 4. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify and prospect clients through research, networking, and cold calling. 5. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Understand client requirements and pitch the appropriate product based on the application. 7. Visit customers four days a week. 8. Arrange samples as per customer requirements. 9. Sales negotiation: Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms with customers to close sales and meet revenue targets. 10. Stay updated on competitors and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential challenges. Share a market intelligence report on a weekly basis. 11. Work with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Accounts, and Quality to ensure timely order delivery and resolve inquiries. 12. Coordinate with the production team to set priorities for your orders. 13. Ensure customer payments are received within the agreed credit terms. 14. Address any quality issues and communicate them to the team. 15. Prepare the sales budget and work towards achieving it. 16. Prepare an inventory projection budget based on quarterly sales targets. 17. Analyse lost sales data and take corrective measures to improve inventory planning. 18. Sales reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM. 19. Submit detailed monthly sales reports outlining performance and activities undertaken. 20. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations. 21. Visit the factory once a week. Miscellaneous: 1.Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events. 2.Prepare MIS Reports for monthly Sales Performance Review 3.Update ALL Enquiries /Visits/New leads in SAP CRM Module . 4.Any quality issue at the customer end has to be addressed ASAP. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in sales, preferably in [FMCG / Printing / Pulp & Paper] or a relevant sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
