Demonstrate strong performance Tuning and Optimization skills. Solid Experience in Database patching, database upgrade, OEM. Solid experience in oracle table partition, RMAN backup, Memory settings and database performance tuning. Possess solid understanding of operating systems (Unix / Linux), Shell scripting, Perl/Python scripting. Solid experience in managing High availability / High scalability DB clusters. Be able to handle tasks and projects independently with minimum guidance and directions. Solid experience in Backup and restore processes. Follow best practices on Change management / Incident management / Problem management. Good teammate and should have worked with diverse global teams. Demonstrated ability to solve complex systems and database environment issues. Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment to determine business and customer needs and deliver the best solution needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of related experience Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Solid understanding of AWS cloud technologies Knowledge of ITIL, Processes would be an added advantage. Should be able to understand interlaying technologies like Networking, Applications, and its impact to Database Talents Needed for Success: Strong Oracle knowledge of 19c, 23ai. Working knowledge of Oracles Golden Gate Replication technology. Working knowledge of O/S and Disk Management, solid understanding with SQL. Hands on experience with Oracle RAC and OEM Grid Control/Cloud Control. Hands-on experience in python, Ansible and other scripting languages to automate the tasks. Ability to work with a high degree of latitude while adhering to established process and procedures.
