Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
L3-level support
for Oracle Order Management (OM) and related modules (Shipping, Advanced Pricing, Inventory, AR).
Analyze, debug, and resolve complex issues in Oracle EBS OM module.
Act as SME for Oracle OM processes and provide guidance to L1 and L2 support teams.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for enhancements and configuration changes.
Design, test, and implement configuration changes, personalization, and customizations.
Work with technical teams to develop and deploy RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.
Coordinate with Oracle support for SR resolution as needed.
Participate in patch testing, upgrades, and regression testing.
Provide functional documentation and training as required.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in
Oracle Order Management
and
O2C cycle
.
In-depth knowledge of
Oracle EBS R12
modules: OM, Shipping, Inventory, AR, Pricing.
Experience in
configurations, setups, workflows
, and troubleshooting Oracle OM flows.
Exposure to
RICEW components
and ability to liaise with technical teams effectively.
Proficient in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL for data analysis.
Experience with
Oracle SRs
, bug tracking, and patch management.
Familiarity with integration points between OM and other modules (Inventory, Finance, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Certified Specialist in Order Management or related certification.
Experience with
Oracle Fusion Order Management
is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile / ITIL frameworks for incident and change management.
Prior experience in a global support environment.
