Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 4+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle EBS (R12) HCM modules. - Hands-on experience with full life-cycle implementations (at least 2 complete Cloud HCM projects). - Strong functional and technical expertise in one or more of the following: - Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Learning. - Solid experience in BI Publisher, OTBI, and custom reporting solutions. - Proven ability to perform data analysis, root cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting. - Experience working with Oracle Support to resolve bugs and issues. - Familiarity with data modeling, HCM data structures, and security roles. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. - Exposure to HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, or Integration Tools (e., HDL, HSDL, REST APIs). - Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Bengaluru, Delhi,Ahmedabad, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities : Implementation and Configuration : - Implement and configure Oracle EBS SCM modules including Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), and Manufacturing. - Customize and configure the system to align with business processes and requirements. - Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom development. - Utilize PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports for technical enhancements and customizations. Business Analysis : - Work with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into system solutions. Project Management : - Conduct gap analysis to identify areas where the Oracle EBS SCM modules do not fully meet business needs and recommend solutions. Technical Development and Support : - Develop and maintain custom extensions, workflows, and interfaces to enhance the functionality of Oracle EBS SCM modules. - Provide ongoing support for Oracle EBS SCM modules, including troubleshooting issues and resolving system defects. - Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as patching and upgrading the EBS environment. - Ensure data integrity and security within the SCM modules. Training and Documentation : - Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and technical staff. - Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, technical designs, and training materials. - Lead or participate in SCM-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. - Coordinate with other IT teams and external vendors to ensure seamless integration of SCM modules with other systems. 6. Continuous Improvement : - Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to optimize supply chain operations. - Stay current with Oracle EBS SCM best practices, new features, and industry trends to ensure the organization is leveraging the latest capabilities. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - A Master's degree is a plus.
