Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Technology development/engineering
Two (2) years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related field.
Three (3) years of comprehensive UAT/SIT testing experience of Oracle HCM configurations/customizations, identifying and resolving issues before system go-live.
Strong understanding of UAT processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Three (3) years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Three (3) years of experience with automated testing tools and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
Three (3) years experience with working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
