JD for Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant (Minimum 5 Years Experience) Experience Required: 5+ Years Location:Cochin Job Specification: We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Consultant with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in at least 23 Oracle HCM Cloud modules, and demonstrate strong leadership by mentoring junior consultants and taking full ownership of solution delivery. This role is suited for professionals who have a solid background in both functional configurations and technical components like HDL, BIP, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and Workflows. The consultant will collaborate with clients, understand business requirements, design end-to-end solutions, and lead the implementation and support efforts. Job Description: Project Role : HCM Techno-Functional Consultant Work Experience : Minimum 5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud Employment Type : Full-Time Location : Kochi, Kerala, India Must-Have Skills: The candidate must have expert-level knowledge in at least two to three of the Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR Payroll Compensation Talent Management Absence Management Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Benefits Recruiting (ORC) Strong technical proficiency is required in the following areas : HCM Extracts HCM Data Loader (HDL) BI Publisher (BIP) Reports Fast Formulas (Payroll, Eligibility, Absence, etc.) OTBI Reporting BPM Workflow / Approval Rules Page Composer & UI Personalization Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage project delivery across multiple HCM modules with both technical and functional ownership. Mentor junior consultants , assign work, provide reviews, and ensure technical best practices are followed. Work closely with business users to gather requirements , conduct workshops, and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. Configure HCM modules, develop data loads (HDL), reports (BIP/OTBI), and integrations (HCM Extracts). Handle complex use cases in Absence Management, Time and Labor, and Payroll by leveraging fast formulas and technical components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring high system reliability and user satisfaction. Conduct demos, document functional/technical designs, and support user training and adoption activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and help standardize configurations and processes across modules.
