Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional with deep expertise in Oracle Access Manager (OAM) , Oracle Internet Directory (OID) , and integration with Oman PKI . The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of Oracle OAM and OID components, as well as secure integration with the Oman national identity and digital certificate system. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement Oracle Identity and Access Management solutions with a focus on Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Internet Directory (OID) . Perform installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades of OAM and OID environments. Develop and manage integration with Omans national PKI , including certificate-based authentication using national eID cards and smart cards. Configure SSL, SSO, and Federation using SAML 2.0, OAuth, and X.509 certificates . Implement authentication, authorization, and access policies for internal and external applications. Coordinate with security and compliance teams to align the IAM infrastructure with regulatory and cybersecurity standards in Oman. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access management, directory services, and PKI integration. Create and maintain technical documentation including installation guides, configuration steps, and integration manuals. Provide support and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OAM and OID . Proven expertise in OAM/OID installation, configuration, and lifecycle management . Solid experience integrating IAM systems with national PKIs , ideally Oman PKI , including handling digital certificates, CRLs, OCSP , etc. Experience with LDAP , WebLogic Server , and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD) is a plus. Strong understanding of SSO , Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) , and Federation protocols. Hands-on experience with certificate-based authentication and smart card integration . Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
